Lady’s Wood offers instruction by the hour for individuals either beginners or experienced shots. Alternatively, you may wish to share a couple of hours with friends. Group bookings are also available for 1/2 days where bacon rolls or cream teas are included in the package.

Lady’s Wood specialises in encouraging the young shot and children under the age of 16 go free of charge when sharing with an adult.

At the end of the practice, if you have your own gun we will clean and oil it for you, while you relax with a cup of coffee and peruse the Lodge.

Tim Cole – Senior Instructor

Tim is recognised as one of the country’s best and most experienced shooting instructors. He has previously worked at the West London Shooting School where he was one of the senior instructors. In his role as a Senior Instructor, Tim became established as one of the very few people recommended by James Purdey & Sons, Boss & Co and William Evans to provide their clients with a gun fitting. A passionate game shot, Tim has taught all levels of experience and enjoys the challenge of providing the very best tuition for each and every client. He recognises that just as each and every client different, so too is each and every lesson. On a personal level and with an impressive record in competitive shooting, he has set himself the target of qualifying for both the English and Great British Sporting and FITASC teams in the next two 2 years.

In 2011, recognising what a wonderful a ground it is and how it would be the perfect place from which to offer the very best shooting instruction, Tim joined Ladyswood. He has quickly established a loyal and regular base of clients many of whom have chosen to follow him to Ladyswood, which is the very best testament to his abilities.

Individual Gun Fitting, Coaching or Practice per hour £65.00

For two people sharing 1 hour add £23.00
And Thereafter up to 6 people add £12.00

Course of 6 lessons (saving a fee of £40.00) Clays and Cartridges extra £350.00
Joint course of 6 Lessons (saving a fee of £50.00) £478.00

Cartridges per 25: (12b, 16b, 20b, 28b, and .410) £6.25
Clay pigeons per 25 £6.25

Special rates for party bookings and corporate entertainment (prices on application).
